Healthy Insurance Dude · 6-touch nurture

Walking through the 6 emails

Here's the whole sequence, in order. Desktop on the left, mobile on the right so we can see how each one reflows in a real inbox. I'll talk through them as we go.

Day 0 · Confirmation

"You're in. Now we go to work."

The confirmation. Fires the moment a quote form is submitted. Sets the tone: "we've got you, here's what happens next." No pitch yet, just trust-building.

Day 1 · Founder intro

"Real quick: who we are."

Day after. Quick founder intro from Perry. We build trust before we ask for anything.

Day 3 · Gut check

"3 signs you're overpaying."

Gut-check email. Three signs they're paying too much. We plant doubt without pushing.

Day 5 · Proof

"April saved $6,000 a year."

Proof moment. One real client, one real number. Her agent Justis found her $500 a month, and "$500 a month" lands harder than "save big."

Day 7 · Urgency

"Waiting costs you."

Real time pressure without a date to procrastinate against. Cut-off dates vary by carrier and state, so the message is "every day you wait could be another day you're overpaying."

Day 10 · Mixtape

"We made you a playlist."

Last touch. If they ghosted, we go silly instead of salesy. YouTube mixtape, soft ask.

Post-call · Plan details

"Your whole plan, in one place."

Agent sends this after a quote call. The numbers as a receipt, the deadline as a moment, brochures and provider searches as link rows, then the booking CTA. Per-client values are marked with EDIT comments in the file.

Separate campaign · Journey · 5 stops

"From confused to covered."

Not part of the nurture sequence. This becomes the no-contact email from the brand: the whole process as five stops on a road, with a handwritten "we take holidays off" note so it reads human, ending at "you, covered."

Separate campaign · Journey · How we got here

"How we got here."

The origin-story timeline, gym owner to insurance dude. Trimmed per team feedback: the 2017 Derek stop is removed, and 2018 now owns the goofy-name story instead of the mission verbiage (which merged the old 2019 hashtag stop into it). Seven stops down to five, plus Today.

"From confused to covered." · illustration vs. photo

Paul's ask: a version of B with Perry's photo, the same one the nurture emails use. Left is the illustration version currently in HighLevel. Right swaps in Perry with a "No call center. Just the dude." caption and his name, doubling as a signature moment before the CTA. Both at identical width for a fair read.
